IGG has had a huge success in the three-day IGG World Championship. Held in Incheon, South Korea, from the 29th of August until the 31st of August, 2025, the event featured three of IGG’s most well-known (as well as most popular) titles.

On the 29th of August was Viking Rise, followed by Lords Mobile on the 30th, and Doomsday: Last Survivors on the 31st.

Despite being a fun event in itself where gamers could come together from all over the world and play, there were different rewards available as well.

From in-game items, physical merch, and rewards worth over $400,000 in cash, that was a lot to play for!

Sponsorships

Aside from action-packed gaming, IGG teamed up with a variety of sponsors ranging from entertainment, gaming, lifestyle, and tech companies.

This made the event bigger than those in the past. As well as making a huge collaboration filled with the passion of gamers coming together. And what’s better than team spirit, right?

These sponsors included interactive fan zones with prizes, cosplays, and character showcases. Stage designs and the Special DLS “Zombie Outbreak Experience”. In this, Zombies roamed around free in the crowd. Pretty scary! At least it made for good pictures.

The Results

So, drumroll please…the results! We’re sure you’re all excited to find out what happened, so here we go…

Lords Mobile

Overall, there were 12 teams that included a total of 36 players across 16 different countries and regions. The winner was T4K.

Alongside that, there was also the Invitation Match Mode. In this, 18 South Korean players faced off in 15-minute solo battles. Action-packed, high-intensity gameplay brings unpredictability and skill to the test!

Viking Rise

Viking Rise had 8 teams, with a total of 24 players. The winner was r350. They showcased extraordinary resilience and intelligence in the fierce competition.

For the first time ever, there was an offline tournament which focused on the Sacred Crucible Game Mode, where players entered the Divine Realm to battle monsters and foes. It’s a perfect blend of PvE and PvP, offering intense battles and strategy.

Doomsday: Last Survivors

Last but not least! Featuring 32 players in 4 teams, every team delivered outstanding performances and ultimately received the Champion Award.

For this championship, the developers created an exclusive game mode called the ‘Off Limits War’. Four squads played in 35-minute matches to capture and control devices. It’s fast, there are high stakes, and you need to be more strategic than ever.
